Team
Siddika Pasi
SiddikaPasi is the founder and owner of RePowered Inc. She is an entrepreneur with over fifteen (15) years energy industry experience and expertise in renewable PV energy, energy efficiency and generation technologies. As an Energy Engineering Professional with Utility Scale PV and Energy Efficiency expertise, Siddika has spent several years in research and development of emerging energy technology in energy efficiency, PV energy, energy storage and blockchain application in energy industry. She has experience working with federal and state agencies such as DOE EERE’s AMO office and NJ BPU and DEP programs as well as large utilities such as North East Utility and National Grid, Duke, Dominion, Southern Company and Sempra. She has worked on over 1 Gigawatts of Utility and commercial scale solar project both on the development side and on the Engineering, Procurement and Construction side. She was technical lead supporting the execution of transactions over $1.0B PV projects. She is also working on adding a DFi feature to the portfolio offering to enhance opportunities for broader adoption of renewable and energy efficiency projects. She received her BS in Mechanical Engineering with Aerospace focus. She is also a Professional Engineer in the state of New Jersey and is a Certified Energy Manager. She holds two patents for next generation BOS designs for Utility Scale Solar Power Plant and continues research and development of advanced and innovative energy systems that will modernize the grid of the future
Nathifa Clarke
Engineer
Nathifa Clarke brings management and project control skills to RePowered. She has PV system assessment experience including running simulations and resources assessments. She had performed optimization of solar projects with numerous scenarios of projected power consumption. She also has experience using NWI data to evaluate buildable areas and environmentally sensitive area as well as review of geotechnical reports. She also has quality control experience in her previous experience. Nathifa has her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. She was a member of the Rutgers Society of Women Engineer.
Maliza Iydroose
Maliza Iydroose received her MS in Information Technology; specialized in Telecommunications Management degree on December 2009 from University of Maryland University College. In August 2011, she received her MBA degree from University of Maryland University College. She previously worked for an American multinational telecommunications conglomerate Verizon Communications for 14 years and held several Network Operations positions, such as Network Support II Specialist, Management Representative for Quality Assurance, Network Translations, and Provisioning Specialist. In addition, she has experienced working in Federal Government. Maliza adjudicated ident fingerprints by reviewing the selectee’s police record of prior arrest, conviction, and court disposition records for the United States Bureau of Census. She administered test for the United States Military Entrance Processing Station in Fort Hamilton, New York. Now, Maliza Iydroose is excited to start a new career opportunity in the clean renewable energy. She will bring her years of experiences and contributes value while working in RePowered Inc. Maliza Iydroose brings real estate and government contracts expertise to RePowered. She started in the Telecom industry, spending 14 years with Verizon holding several Network Operations positions such as Network and Operations Engineer, Quality Assurance Management, Routing and Translations/Provisioning and Customer Support Specialists. In 2008 she moved to the real estate and contract management industry and was responsible for executing several key transactional deals. Her experience includes working with for the United States Bureau of Census and the United States Military. She is married to a retired veteran Major rank in US Army. Maliza received her master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland University and her Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Telecommunications Management
Luce Paul
Luce D. Paul is a Bio-Environmental Engineer student, minoring in Environmental Science at Rutgers School of Engineering and School of Biological and Environmental Science. She is a tutor and a mentor to two students from her community. For the past two summers, she has volunteered as the program coordinator for the Sylvia Cox and Marilyn Cox-Andrew Foundation. She is interested in Waste management and Soil and Water treatment. Her ultimate goal is to return to Haiti and other developing countries and help with building a sustainable infrastructure.

Whether it is providing access to education for economically disadvantaged women in rural India to creating opportunities for women in STEM in the US, RPI leadership is passionate about providing a path to success for smart, intelligent and driven women.
Research from Harvard and Catalyst.org confirms that a more diverse workforce translates into more effective products and services, resulting ultimately in higher returns. With this in mind, RPI employs a diverse workforce with gender equity and diversity to tackle and ultimately solve difficult problems of climate change. Climate change being the existential crisis of the 21st century, RPI knows that delivery solutions must include equity and justice for all.
Environmental and Community Stewardship
Taking care of the environment and our neighborhood is part of our responsibility as good stewards of our planet. During the pandemic, the RPI team seized the opportunities to give back to the community in a few ways. We demonstrate our value and commitment to the community and the environment, by participating in voluntary efforts such as ISCJ Food Pantry in South Brunswick, Trenton Area Soup Kitchen and Grow-A-Row Farm to help the needy and those affected by the COVID 19 Pandemic.
RPI is proud to be a part of the U.S Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Industry and be fighting alongside smart and innovative, public and private entities to solve climate change. Whether it is working with clean tech companies like Merit Control or policy think tanks like ACEEE, we are expanding our knowledge of technology use and policy to solve climate issues. RPI team has presented papers on energy technology and policy ideas at ACEEE conferences and moderated the 2021 Industrial Decarbonization Summer Study.
The RPI team also partners with academia and private industry to collaborate on meaningful initiatives that elevate and improve important social issues. RPI has strong roots to Rutgers University and the DOE supported Energy Center (CAES) and is collaborating on innovative IOT and Internet of Energy concepts. RPI belongs to a consortium led by the Rutgers CAES team exploring a path to deliver connected internet technology to the energy efficiency and renewable energy field.
